Verde Pistache & Vegan

The only vegan restaurant in Acapulco, with an organic grocery store built in! The food is absolutely amazing, the people are great, the prices are low, and they've got a HUGE variety of smoothies and fresh-squeezed juices. I really can't recommend it highly enough, for breakfast, for lunch, for dinner, or just a snack. They are also one of only two restaurants in Acapulco (the only grocery) that accept Bitcoin. Verde Pistache (the store half) offers a wide variety of organic superfoods, grains/flours, spices, oils, body-care products (locally made), and more. Some must haves from the restaurant: - Enchiladas Suizas (with potato "cheese" & salsa verde) - The Vital (sandwich with hummus, avocado, veggies, on homemade rice bread) - Quinoa Pancakes (get 'em with strawberry marmelade & banana ice cream) - Ultra (Green Juice) - Maniac (PB, cacao, date, cinnamon smoothie)

Excellent food! Non-vegans wouldn't even miss the meat and dairy. Filling and delicious.

It was great. The service, the food and the salsa were delicious! I believe it's the only 100% vegan restaurant from Acapulco and they have a small store next to it where they sell nutritious goodies. The tacos (barbacoa and al pastor) were pretty good, the meat was tasty, they season their textured soy very good.

Super tasty vegan food with a great little shop inside. Try to Mac and cheese balls! So stoked they had that.

It's one of the only vegan place in Acapulco. They offer you vast range of food options. Staff is quite polite and friendly. They speak both spanish and english. They prepare fresh food on order according to your preference in order of spiciness. It's 100% vegan, no meat no egg no dairy. They have substitutes of all. I ordered baguette one day, which tasted good. The salsa which accompanied the dish was damn spicy. Next day i ordered mega vega, which was kinda burger, with rice tortilla instead of bread and stuffed with beans, spinach, tahini and avocado and non dairy cheese. They also have a small gourmet shop where you can get variety of vegan frozen foods and organic raw products. They also sell organic cosmetic products. Location is not on main road, a little inside, they have ample parking space and can accommodate 10-15 people at once. Accept both cash and cards.

Very nice place. Tasty enchiladas and a fair variety of vegan dishes and healthy drinks.

We LOVE LOVE LOVE Verde Vegan! The food is divine, their shop next door is full of nourishing goodies, and the people who work there and run it are so kind. What a blessing Verde Vegan is for Acapulco!!!!!
